look of a more modern portal; released June
7, 2000; statistics showed that in 12 days
FISCSD page views were double what they had
been previously for a whole month.
Received an Achievement Award from the Commanding
Officer, Fleet and Industrial Supply Center,
San Diego, CA, for work done on their Internet
/ Intranet.
Application interface development for SmartWebMove,
the Navy's application to assist the nation's
military in initiating and monitoring their
military moves online thereby alleviating
the bottleneck of having to initiate and
process manually.
2001 Selection from DoN
(Dept. of Navy) Out of
360 submissions, the DoN Business Operations
Office approved funding for only 8 projects.
SmartWebMove™ was one of those eight.

Achievements Took
a new dot com from initial concept to eBusiness strategy, development
and implementation. Established standards and day-to-day operations
for the Design Department, assisted C levels with VC funding
initiatives.
Worked a government contract for RunMoney:
U.S. Navy, Hawaii. Upon RunMoney's decision
not to pursue government contracts, broke
away from corporate RunMoney to work with
newly commissioned government contract to
continue support of Hawaii (in behalf of
RunMoney).

Achievements Since joining ePangea, revenue had been the highest in their
history (having doubled). Assisted sales team in closing deals
where deals would not have closed without someone as myself
who actually knew development and management of Enterprise
sites.

Responsibilities Comprehensive production
and management of Enterprise www presence
development services. Duties included identifying,
cataloging, and anticipating issues and opportunities
related to developing, delivering, and marketing of online
products as well as creative developments.
Achievements Initially
C levels were marketing application to Physical Fitness Centers;
I suggested they attack the www and take
their application to the Internet, which was the turning point
for the company.
After founder appeared on the Oprah show,
went to a three-tiered environment overnight (from 1 to 14
servers with burstable and clustering configurations working
with Digex). Traffic was compared to the Martha Stewart site.
Managed the coordination of the process as well as helped to
implement customer service to handle all the incoming eMail
and phone calls. Assisted in the process of online eCommerce
and fulfillment (utilizing Pandesic).
Planned and helped to build the online community area including training of area
coordinators. In-charge of statistics tracking and delivery.
Worked with high-visibility companies such as Oprah, The Today
Show, Good Morning America; AOL for online promotion in geographic
areas and Motley Fool; assisted in the creation of the book
cover for their New York Times best-selling book.
